VITICULTURE AND VINIFICATION

Planted in a soil characterized by shale and granite, the grapes are of an integrated production regime, having been harvested according to their perfect state of maturity. In the cellar, they passed the selection table where a rigorous selection is made, with entrance to the gravity fermentation vats. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation.
